At Nuvra, we stand behind the quality of our products. If there’s an issue with your order, we're here to help.

You may request a refund or replacement within 31 days of delivery if your item is:

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Defective

  • Incorrect or not as described

  • Not delivered after 45 days

What is not eligible for refund:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Shipping delays caused by the courier or customs

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

To request a refund, contact us at support@nuvra.co with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
